On 12/22/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jason Jang met with Director/Owner Denise Platts for an informal meeting held at the Oakland South East Regional Office (RO). Directors husband Andrew Platts was present at the meeting as well. The purpose of this meeting was to address the temporary relocation of the facility that was not reported to Community Care Licensing. On 12/5/2022 LPA Pringle was informed by Director that the City of San Ramon was doing construction in the room the childcare is in, as well as the neighboring room. The city of San Ramon moved Directors facility to the Rancho San Ramon Community Park Center at 1998 Rancho Park Loop, San Ramon, CA 94582. On 12/13/2022 LPA conducted a visit at the new location. Director informed LPA that the facility moved in 9/2022 and has since been notified that the city will have the school return to the original location no later than late 5/2023. Director has not applied for a change of location and the facility does not have a fire clearance. Director was cited a Type A deficiency for not applying for a location change during LPA\342\200\231s visit. During the informal meeting LPM Jang gathered information about the new location. LPM Jang informed Licensee that she will need to reinstate the employment of her assistant and submit an application. LPA and LPM also worked with Licensee on a plan of action for the children\342\200\231s bathrooms. Licensee has submitted an application with the appropriate fees and supporting documentation during the informal conference. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee and a copy of the report was given to Licensee.
