Staff and children shall wash their hands at appropriate times, including but not limited to:(1) Before and after eating or handling food.(2) After toileting or changing diapers.(3) Whenever hands are contaminated with bodily fluids. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on video footage and conformation from the Director a staff member did not wash her hands after changing diapers and then served food to the children in care which is a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in the care.
