What the inspector wrote

On 05/20/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Santiago conducted an Unannounced Case Management inspection at Alice’s Montessori Learning Center. LPA met with Director Samantha Shuman and explained purpose of today's inspection. Present during inspection were 6 staff members and 16 infants. Facility is in ratio compliance. Purpose of today's inspection is to verify corrections made for technical violations issued during an unannounced required inspection on 04/22/2026. LPA reviewed personnel files. - Mandated Reporter training : completed. Staff member’s certificate expires 05/2028. No deficiencies were cited today. Exit interview and report reviewed with Director Samantha Shuman. Notice of Site was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
