Correction check·December 16, 2025

On 12/16/2025 at 1:45PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson met with Licensee Ani Krasteva for an Unannounced Plan of Correction visit. LPA introduced herself and was granted entry into the home. Present during the inspection were her fingerprint cleared assistant, 3 preschool aged children, and 4 infants. On 12/3/2025, LPA conducted an unannounced annual/random visit at the Family Child Care Home (FCCH) and was cited 1 Type A citation for Ratio. The Licensee and LPA developed Plan of Correction (POC) with submission due date of 12/4/2025 and LPA conducted a POC visit to clear the deficiency. The family child care home is in ratio today. The deficiency has been cleared by today's visit. LPA generated a Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared and provided a copy to the Licensee. LPA verified that all children's files have a signed Acknowledgment of Receipt of Licensing Reports (LIC9224). LPA remind Licensee that every parent or guardian of a newly enrolled child needs to be provided the licensing report dated 12/3/2025 and have the signed LIC9224 in their file. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Ani Krasteva.
