What the inspector wrote

On 11/17/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Santiago met with licensee Jacqueline Higgs for an UNANNOUNCED PLAN OF CORRECTION VISIT. Present for this visit was licensee and 2 preschool aged children. The home was toured for a Health and Safety inspection. Purpose of today's inspection is to verify corrections made for Type B violation issued during an unannounced required inspection on 10/7/2025. LPA reviewed personnel file. Licensee completed Pediatric First Aid/ CPR on 11/1/2025 and expires 11/2027. For this deficiency a Letter of Deficiency Cleared will be issued today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interviewed conducted with licensee Jacqueline Higgs and appeal rights given.
