What the inspector wrote

On 02/15/23, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Melissa Domantay and Melissa Guirit met with Director, Utami Setiyadi for measuring the new outdoor play area/parking lot area. The new facility outdoor play area/parking lot area was toured and new measurements are as follows: OUTDOOR PLAY AREA/PARKING LOT AREA: 7,485.18 = 99 children Per LPM Mendoza facility must add fencing all around parking lot area where there are openings towards the street that are accessible to children. Report, Appeal Rights, and notice of site provided to Director. Exit interview conducted with Director, Utami Setiyadi.
