Facility-requested visit·August 3, 2023

On 08/3/23, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Melissa Domantay met with Director, Raissha Seeley for measuring the new outdoor play area/parking lot area. There were 9 staff present during today's inspection. There were no children present during inspection. The new facility outdoor play area/parking lot area was toured and new measurements are as follows: OUTDOOR PLAY AREA/PARKING LOT AREA: 8017.42 square feet = 106 children LPA observed new outdoor play area/parking lot area is fully fenced all around and safe. There were no bodies of water observed during today's inspection. Per LPM Mendoza there can be parked cars in the parking lot area while utilized by children. LPA reminded Director new outdoor play area/parking lot area should not be utilized by children while there are operating vehicles in the parking lot area. Per Director there will be no access to parking lot while parking lot area is being utilized by children. LPA reminded Director to ensure the car entrance gate is closed and locked when children are utilizing the new outdoor play area/ parking lot area. The new outdoor play area/parking lot area will be made part of the Preschool License and is approved as of 8/3/23. There are no deficiencies being cited today. A Notice of Site inspection was provided to Director, Raissha Seeley and an exit interview was conducted.
