On 05/19/2026 at 9:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an Case Management Inspection regarding an alleged lack of supervision violation at East Bay Waldorf School. LPA met with Director, Loveleen Dhillon and explained the purpose of today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were 23 preschool children with 4 staff (including Director) in 2 classrooms. Director stated there are 24 preschool children enrolled. LPA is following up on an self reported Unusual Incident Report submitted to licensing on 04/30/2026. LPA toured the facility, observed classroom, conducted interviews and obtained relevant documents. LPA has determined that facility was in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Loveleen Dhillon. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
