What the inspector wrote

On 9/24/2025 at 2:30pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Humaira “Mona” Ahmed for a n unannounced Plan of Correction Visit . Present during the inspection were seven (7) infants and two (2) additional staff. Two (2) rooms were toured. The facility also holds a license for preschool (073408232) and operates 7:30am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday. On 9/19/2025 the following deficiencies were cited: Cribs used by infants in care in disrepair Storage shed not made inaccessible to children in care Infant room operating without sinks for one or more weeks Infants under 1 year old, able to roll, not being placed on their backs to sleep LPA observed all 3 cribs have been replaced with new cribs. A properly functioning lock has been placed on the storage shed in the infant yard, a fully operating sink has been placed in the infant room next to the changing table and documentation shows that all infants enrolled under 1 year old are being placed on their back to sleep. All deficiencies have been cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director Humaira "Mona" Ahmed.
