What the inspector wrote

On 10/12/21 at 10:45 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced case management inspection at Stepping Stones Learning Center and met with Director/Owner, Francie Small. During inspection, it was determined that a staff member Lynda Ladjimi has been working at the center, providing care and supervision to children, has fingerprint clearances but does not have association to the license. Citation is issued for Criminal Record Clearance. At 11:15 am exit interview was conducted with Owner/Director Francie Small. Appeal rights were provided and Notice of Site Visit was issued.
