What the inspector wrote

On 01/01/21 at 9:00 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Case Management at Stepping Stones Learning Center and met with Licensee Francie Small. Purpose of the visit is to provide an amended report for an inspection conducted on 10/12/21. No deficiency was cited today. Exit interview was conducted with Francie Small. Notice of Site Visit was provided, must be posted for 30 days.
