Licensing Program Analyst Alexander met with center director Fauzia Kamal and center owner Rajya Ponnaluri to deliver the findings to the above complaint allegations for Licensing Program Analyst Ashley Curry. Today there are 58 children present along with 9 staff. LPA A. Curry previously toured the facility, made observations, conducted interviews, and obtained relevant documentation. The allegation is staff are operating out of ratio. Based on interviews and record review, it could not be determined that the facility operated out of ratio. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. This allegation is Unsubstantiated.” An Exit interview was conducted A notice of cite visit was posted.
