Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On 02/08/24 at 9:15 AM Licensing program analyst (LPA) Sikia Blue and Licensing program analyst (LPA) Ashley Curry arrived for an unannounced visit. LPA met with director Nicole Neely and explained the purpose of today’s visit. During the course of the investigation, we reviewed documents, made observations, and conducted interviews. Although those allegations may have happened, there wasn’t a preponderance of evidence. Based on all the information received, it could not be determined that staff yelled at children in care or handled children in a rough manner. Therefore, the above allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. Based on observations, documents, and interviews, no deficiencies are being cited today. Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed and given to the director, notice of cite visit, and appeal rights were given and director should post for 30 days.
