Incident investigation·January 15, 2026

On 01/15/2026 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted an Case Management Inspection at Baby Yale Academy - Harvest Park. LPA met with Office Manager, Hallie Rebholz and explained the purpose of today's inspection. Director, Deborah Bryson was not present during today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were no school age children in care however 1 staff is present. Office Manager stated there are 30 school age children enrolled. LPA is returning to follow up on an self reported Unusual Incident Report submitted to licensing on 10/03/2025. At this time, LPA has determined that facility was in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. LPA informed the Office Manager that if licensing receives any new information regarding this incident, LPA will conduct an investigation into the matter. LPA also reminded Office Manager that the facility is to have a Director or Director designee at the facility during hours of operation. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Office Manager, Hallie Rebholz. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
