Licensing Program Analysts Diana Campos and Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of today's case management inspection was to follow up on the director's package submitted for Nicole Moran-Estrada. Nicole has been the acting director of this site since October 2020. An incomplete directors package was received by Community Care Licensing on 3/29/21. The following documents are required to complete the director's package: - Proof of current EMSA approved CPR/First aid - Proof of Lead Poisoning Prevention training The director agrees to submit the above documents by 07/01/2021 Exit interview was conducted with Director Nicole Moran-Estrada and Lita Reeves. Appeal Rights were provided. Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
