Licensing Program Manager Sherelle Johnson and Licensing Program Analyst Cherie Acosta met with owners Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare and Director Michelle Powell for an informal office meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss self reported incidents that occurred on both 5/15/24 and 12/24/24 were children were left in the classroom without supervision. The incidents occurred as children were being transitioned out of the classroom. During the meeting the facility was informed of the opportunity to receive technical support for the department. Director provided proof of multiple staff training on proper transitions that was completed. Staff received training on 9/25/24, 1/22/25 and 2/17/25. Exit interview and report reviewed with owners Vijay Khare and Rishu Khare and Director Michelle Powell.
