What the inspector wrote

Based on interviews which were conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is to be substantiated. See LIC9099-D for deficiency cited today. Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report reviewed with Director Lorna Hearn. Report was also reviewed over the telephone with Vijay Khare

    Food Services.In child care centers providing meals to children, the following shall apply:All food shall be safe and of the quality and in the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the children. Each meal shall include, at a minimum, the amount of food components as specified by Title 7, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 226.20, (Revised January 1, 1990) Requirements for Meals, for the age group served. All food shall be selected, stored, prepared and served in a safe and healthful manner.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: on 10/31/25 child was provided left over uneaten food from 10/29/25 that was left in child's cubbie.
