The director is aware staff is not allowed to return to work until staff has eligible fingerprint clearance. Please check Guardian or contact the Oakland office to verify clearance.

LPA observed 3 infants sleeping on their stomach and 2 of 3 infants did not thave the LIC 9227 form in file.
