The deck area is fully enclosed by safety fencing/netting and is approved to be on limits for children in care with adult supervision present at all times that area is used by children. The outdoor entry area, from the fence gate to the deck is approved to be on-limits to children in care with adult supervision present at all times children are using the area and the fence gate securely closed while children are in the area. There are no pools, hot tubs or other bodies of water and no high climbing equipment present in this area. The above defined areas are on-limits to children in care with the above stipulations regarding adult supervision and the gate closure. • PERSONAL RIGHTS

102423(a)Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights that shall not be waived or abridged by the licensee regardless of consent or authorization from the child's authorized representative. These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment.
