What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. LPA first met with Octavila Santamaria. Edgar Orantes arrived approximately an hour after LPAs arrival. During LPA's visit on 6/5/25 licensee was not in compliance with AB2866 pool safety requirements. Licensee made needed corrections and is now in compliance. Citations issued on 6/5/25 are cleared today. Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report reviewed with Edgar Orantes.
