What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. LPA met with licensee Janelle Ligon. There were 8 preschool aged children and 1 infant in care. Licensee's fingerprint cleared assistant was also present. LPA observed licensee to be incompliance with AB2866 pool safety requirements today. The pool is completely enclosed with a secure 5 foot fence that has a self closing gate that opens away from the pool. The gate has a key lockable device. Citation issued on 7/29/25 is cleared today. Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report reviewed with Janelle Ligon.
