Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Cherie Acosta and Diana Campos arrived at the facility for the purpose of conducting a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. Present during this investigation were 3 staff and 4 school age children. Interviews were conducted and records reviewed. It was alleged that staff failed to prevent child from being bullied. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Center Director Laronda Levias-Mallory.
