What the inspector wrote

On 06/13/2022 at 1:45pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Curry conducted a follow up visit via telephone to discuss the self-reported unusual incident regarding an alleged violation of personal rights. LPA spoke with the director Melissa Cady to discuss the incident. During the course of the investigation, it was determined there was not a clear violation of personal rights. Some interviews indicated the teacher spoke to children in an aggressive tone and others indicated she did not. The director did advise that an all staff training on personal rights was conducted. No deficiencies will be cited. An exit interview was conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with director Melissa Cady
