What the inspector wrote

LICENSING PROGRAM ANALYST TASHA ALEXANDER MET WITH CENTER OWNER MELISSA CADY AND CENTER DIRECTOR HAILEY DAUGHTRITY IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE COMPLAINT ALLEGATION. UPON ARRIVAL THERE ARE 29 CHILDREN PRESENT ALONG WITH 6 STAFF. TODAY STAFF INTERVIEWS WERE CONDUCTED. INTERVIEWS REVEALED THAT DUE TO MISCOMMUNICATION, A STAFF MEMBER BECAME UPSET AND RAISED THEIR VOICE TOWARDS ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER IN THE PRESENCE OF DAY CARE CHILDREN. BASED ON LPAs OBSERVATIONS AND INTERVIEWS WHICH WERE CONDUCTED AND RECORD REVIEWS, THE PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE STANDARD HAS BEEN ME, THEREFORE THE ABOVE ALLEGATION IS FOUND TO BE SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division & Chapter 12 number 1, are being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D.”
