Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Sherelle Johnson and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta met with Owner/Director Asmita Bhargava and Assistant Director Brogan McDermott in the Oakland Regional office for an office meeting. Owner/Director is requesting to care for an additional 30 preschool children when school age children are not present. Total children in care not to exceed 110 children. Owner/Director was informed that a waiver will be required to care for the additional 30 preschool aged children. Also discussed was the change of operating hours. Owner/Director shall submit an updated application to reflect the operating hours. During the meeting the facility floor plan was discussed. Further review of the floor plan is required prior to waiver approval. Owner agrees to submit a waiver request after review of the floor plan is complete. A follow up meeting will be scheduled after review of the preschool and school age floor plan to determine waiver approval. Exit interview and report reviewed with Asmita Bhargava and Brogan McDermott.
