Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta and Melissa Domantay conducted an unannounced case management visit. LPAs met with Asmita Bhargava. Ms Bhargava was planning to make changes to the Grizzly Bear classroom by using an accordion door to divide the classroom with the intent of using half of the classroom for school age children and half of the classroom for preschool children. LPA Domantay measured the classroom as requested. Based on the measurements, Ms. Bhargava decided not to make changes to the classroom. The entire Grizzly Bears classroom remains licensed as the school age classroom which is also used for preschool children when school age children are not present. Ms. Bhargava will provided an updated application and facility sketch.. Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview and report reviewed with Asmita Bhargava.
