What the inspector wrote

On 9/17/21 at 1:15 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Complaint Investigation and met with Director, Sumaira Rizvi. Complainant alleges that facility is operating out of ratio during nap time. Based on the interviews and information obtained during the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No deficiency was cited. Finding of the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Exit interview was conducted, where this report, was discussed with Director. Appeal rights were provided. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
