Licensing Program Analyst Lisa Dyer met with Rose Griffin for an unannounced Plan of Correction inspection to review an item previously cited. Present is the licensee; 28 preschool aged children, and 4 teachers. During a previous inspection, the following was cited: 1. Staff not qualified to care and supervise children in care . The deficiency listed above have been corrected as follows: 1a. A staff member is now enrolled in school and is teacher qualified. The director has recently hired a fully qualified teacher. There is now sufficient staff to cover all classrooms at all times, including breaks. Exit interview conducted. Licensee was provided a copy of their appeal rights. This report must be kept available for public review for 3 years, and notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
