It was alleged that the staff did not ensure children were supervised at all times. It was observed during multiple visits made by the LPA that the staff were attentive to the children and stayed in ratio during indoor and outdoor activities. Through interviews with staff, it was determined that staff are never tending to children alone unless one teacher is doing bathroom breaks while the other is supervising the children. Staff stand at the doorway of the bathroom while children are within reach. One parent interview disclosed that there was an incident when staff were unaware of an injury to a child. The Community Care Licensing Department has investigated the complaint allegation, and we have found that the complaint is UNSUBSTANTIATED, which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Finding was delivered. Exit interview conducted Report and Appeals right provided Notice of site needs to be posted for 30 days
