What the inspector wrote

On 03/05/2026 at 9:20 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christina Watts conducted a Plan of Correction inspection at Baby Yale Academy LT2. LPA met with Director, Naseem "Seema" Israr and explained the purpose of this inspection. During today's inspection, there were 10 preschool children in care with 4 staff in 2 classrooms. Director stated there are 11 preschool children enrolled. All staff caring and supervision children have Criminal Record Clearance. LPA are following up on 1 Type A citation for grounds and building violation that the facility was cited for on 02/26/2026. Licensee submitted the plan of correction on 03/02/2026 via email. During today's inspection, LPAs reviewed 6 children's file to verify facility has provided parents the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224) form to sign. LPA observed the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report in the children's file. LPA also reminded licensee to provide a copy of this licensing report dated 02/26/2026 that documents a Type A citation(s) to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of cited report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. As of 03/05/2026, the deficiency has been cleared. A clearance letter has been printed and provided to the Director during today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Seema Israr. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
