On 07/25/2025 at 9:20 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christina Watts conducted a Case Management inspection at Baby Yale Academy LT2. LPA met with Preschool Teacher, Widad Abdelhadi and explained the propose of this visit. During today's inspection, there were 2 school age children in care with 1 staff in 1 classroom. Preschool teacher stated there are 14 school age children enrolled. All staff caring and supervising children have Criminal Record Clearance. LPA is following up with facility to verify the presence of a Director and/or the designated representative. LPA reminded facility that they are to have a fully qualified Director present at the location and in absent of the Director, there is to be the designated fully qualified staff in charge. During today's visit, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Preschool Teacher, Widad Abdelhadi. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
