On January 23, 2026 at 9:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jason Jang arrived unannounced to conduct a Case Management inspection and met with Director Marnie Chapa. The purpose of the inspection is to evaluate the facility’s proposed room addition and request for a capacity increase. LPA and LPM toured and measured the indoor and outdoor activity space utilized by children. The facility is located on the premises of Creekside Community Church. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The facility currently operates out of rooms 108 and 111/112 (combination room) and is requesting to add room 109.
