What Happened
Case management inspection of infant facility revealed ongoing pest infestation with multiple rat traps on playground, rat feces on sidewalk, and staff reporting cockroach sightings despite exterminator visits.
Observations
- Multiple rat traps observed on infant playground
- Rat feces observed on sidewalk of playground area
- Staff reported seeing rats and/or rat droppings in last month
