What the inspector wrote

On 05/09/2025 at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christina Watts and Dana Santiago conducted a Plan of Correction inspection for Dianna Pulver's large family child care home. During today's inspection, there were no children in care. Licensee stated there are 22 children enrolled. Also present during todays inspection was the licensee's fingerprint cleared spouse. All adults in home have Criminal Record Clearance. LPA's are following up on a citation that the facility was given on 04/10/2025 for the updated Pool Safety regulations. During today's inspection, LPA's observed a mesh gate that has a height of 60 inches with the access door that is self latching and self closing. LPAs also observed a netted safety pool cover, a life ring with a minimum exterior diameter of 17 inches that is labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard and a rescue pole with a body hook and minimum fixed length of 12 feet. Licensee also submitted photo proof of completion of Plan of Correction to licensing on 05/05/2025. As of 05/09/2025, LPAs have granted clearance for the deficiency and will issue clearance letter during today's inspection. Also during today's inspection, LPA assisted licensee with associating a former employee and placing the employee on licensee's association list. LPA reminded licensee that it's her responsibility to associate and disassociate any persons on the association list. During today's inspection, there were no deficiencies observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Dianna Pulver. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
