On 09/18/2025 at 10:40 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Dana Santiago and Ashley Hollinger conducted an Unannounced Case Management Pool Inspection for Shrada Moktan's large family child care home. The purpose of the inspection is to ensure compliance with AB2866 pool safety requirements. During today's inspection, there were 6 children in care and 6 children enrolled. Present during the inspection were licensee and licensee's husband. All adults in the home have Criminal Record Clearance. Facility hours of operations are Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM \342\200\223 6:00 PM. During LPAs\342\200\231 previous visit on 8/28/2025, Licensee was issued Technical Violations for not having pool AB2866 requirements and was not documenting daily pool inspections. During today's visit, LPAs observed a pool that is fully enclosed by a gate that opens away from the swimming pool, there is a life ring, a pool alarm installed, and a 12 foot fixed rescue pole in the pool area. LPAs also observed an up to date pool inspection log that has been completed for days of operation. The licensee is now in compliance. Report was reviewed with Shrada Moktan Notice of Site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
