Facility-requested visit·February 18, 2026

On 02/18/2026 at approximately 10:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jamel Maiwandi conducted a case management inspection - Licensee Initiated at Ana Ayala's Family Child Care Home. Licensee has requested to add bedroom #2 as an on limit area for children. LPA met with licensee, Ana Ayala and explained the purpose of today's visit. During today's inspection, there were 4 preschool children and 1 infant in care with 2 staff. Licensee stated there are 6 children enrolled. All staff present caring and supervising children have criminal record clearance. A health and safety inspection was conducted for both the indoor and outdoor areas. Licensee stated bedroom #2 will be used as an additional napping/activity area as needed. LPA observed room to have safe and age appropriate toys and materials and napping mats were stored accordingly. There is dual carbon monoxide and smoke detector located in the room and fire clearance was granted during previous capacity increase inspection. As of 02/18/2026, the bedroom area has been approved for on limit use. During today's inspection, there were no violations observed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Ana Ayala. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
