What the inspector wrote

LICENSING PROGRAM ANALYST TASHA ALEXANDER MET WITH LICENSEE MARIE DOBOUE IN REGARDS TO THE ABOVE COMPLAINT ALLEGATION. PRESENT FOR TODAY'S INSPECTION IS LICENSEE, HER 11 YEAR OLD SON AND 5 INFANTS IN CARE. TODAY AN OBSERVATION OF THE FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME AND AN INTERVIEW WITH LICENSEE WAS CONDUCTED. BASED ON LPAs OBSERVATIONS AND INTERVIEWS WHICH WERE CONDUCTED AND RECORD REVIEWS, THE PREPONDERANCE OF EVIDENCE STANDARD HAS BEEN MET, THEREFORE THE ABOVE ALLEGATION IS FOUND TO BE SUBSTANTIATED. CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS, TITLE 22, DIVISION 12 CHAPTER 1, ARE BEING CITED ON THE ATTACHED LIC 9099D AN EXIT INTERVIEW WAS CONDUCTED. A NOTICE OF CITE VISIT WAS POSTED.
