What the inspector wrote

On December 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Chandra Charles met with facility representatives, Natasha Aguilar and Maria Branco to conclude a complaint investigation regards to the above allegation. Present during the visit were 62 children, and 15 staff members (includes administrative staff). The facility operates in 7 classrooms (Maples, Seedlings, Sequoias, Cedars, Sprouts, Mulberries and Redwood classrooms). The facility operates from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed facility files and documents, and made observations.
