What the inspector wrote

On 12/3/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with licensee Jazzi Hashemi (Seyed) for an UNANNOUNCED CASE MANAGEMENT visit for an INCREASE OF CAPACITY . Present during today's visit is licensees Shahla Bshiri, Jazzi Hashemi, one assistant, and four (4) children in care. Today the outdoor area was inspected. The facility's backyard is fully fenced. There is a patio area located in the bacyard that has been dedicated as the children's play area. This area has been fully fenced on all sides by wire fencing, so children do not have access to the larger area of the backyard. The larger off-limits area of the backyard has an "endless pool" The pool has a motor and is intended for in place swimming/exercising purposes only. The pool has a pull over cover that can withstand the weight of an adult. Licensees mandated reporter training certificates are up to date. LPA obtained copies of current CPR &1st aid cards which are also up to date. The fire drill log is up to date with the last drill conducted on 11/28/25. The facility has a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher and working smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector in the day care room. The children's files were not reviewed today. An exit interview was conducted with licensee Jazzi Hashemi.
