What the inspector wrote

On 12/19/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with Licensees Jazzi Hashemi and S. Bashiri for a CASE MANAGEMENT visit, to clear deficiencies cited during the Case Management Capacity Increase visit conducted on 12/3/2025. Today the facility has a 5 ft iron fence with a self latching gate that is locked. There is a 12 foot pole with hook and pool ring that is approved by the United states coast guard. Licensee was also instructed to perform a daily inspection of the drowning prevention safety features and safety equipment before opening the facility and maintain a log of the inspection to be provided to the department upon request. All deficiencies are cleared today. The home will be licensed for a large capacity child care as of today 12/19 2025.
