What the inspector wrote

On 02/10/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dana Santiago met with licensee, Iuliia Poberezhna, for an UNANNOUNCED CASE MANAGEMENT - LICENSEE INITIATED. Present for today's inspection was licensee and 3 infants. Licensee requested from LPA an approval for having a hot tub in the backyard area. An inspection was conducted and licensee was given a tour of the area of the backyard with the hot tub. The area where the hot tub was placed is sectioned off by a fence from the rest of the backyard play area making it inaccessible to children in care, another access way to the hot tub is through an OFF Limit bedroom that is inaccessible to children. Per licensee, the area will remain locked during day care hours. The hot tub also has a cover that is locked and has additional alarm in place. A new backyard sketch was provided to LPA. Area has been approved by LPA. Exit interview conducted and appeal rights provided to licensee. Notice of Site was given to Licensee and must be posted for 30 days.
