Pre-licensing visit·September 4, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cherie Acosta conducted an announced follow up prelicensing inspection. LPA met with applicant Parul Madan. During the prelicening inspection completed on 8/27/25 applicant was not in compliance with AB2866 pool safety requirements. During today's inspection LPA observed the pool enclosure to have a maximum vertical clearance of two inches from the ground to the bottom of the enclosure. There are no gaps in the enclosure greater than four inches. There are no protrusions, cavities, or other physical characteristics that would serve as handholds or footholds that could enable a child to climb over the pool fence . Today, applicant is in compliance with AB2866 pool safety requirements. This home is recommended for licensure. This license for this home will be effective today, 9/4/25. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Parul Madan .
