Pre-licensing visit·January 15, 2026

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cherie Acosta and Jamel Maiwandi conducted an announced follow up prelicensing visit. LPAs met with applicants Clara Ortega and Deborah Bryson. During the prelicening visit on 1/7/26, the applicant's swing set, located in the front yard, was not properly anchored to the ground for children's safety. LPAs inspected the swing set today. The swing set is now properly anchored to the ground for child's safety. Applicants are aware that children require visual supervision at all times while playing in the front yard. The home is approved for licensure. The license is effective today, 01/15/2026. Exit interview and report was reviewed with Clara Ortega and Deborah Bryson.
