Correction check·September 22, 2025

On September 22, 2025 at 2:10pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julia Placencia arrived for a Proof of Correction (POC) visit. LPA met with licensee/director Rachel Liles. There were 11 children and an additional 3 staff members present today. The following deficiencies were cited during the facility's annual/random inspection conducted on 9/8/2025: Section 101419.3(a) Modifications to Infant Needs and Services Plan - for plans not being consistently updated at least every three months. LPA observed updated plans in files today and copies were also sent to LPA via email by due date of 9/18/2025. Section 1596.7995(a)(1) General Provisions and Definitions - for staff member without proof of measles and pertussis on file. LPA received proof of measles and pertussis via email by due date of 9/18/2025. Section 1596.8662(b)(1) Administration of Child Day Care Licensing - for two staff members with expired mandated reporter training. LPA received renewed certificates via email by due date of 9/18/2025. All deficiencies are cleared today. Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared provided today. No other deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted with director Rachel Liles. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
