What Happened
Annual inspection of infant/toddler program with 5 infants and 3 toddlers found appropriate care including required Infant Sleeping Plans, regular sleep checks every 15 minutes, and proper food storage. Staff files incomplete with missing immunization records and transcripts - cited as Type B deficiencies.
