On 06/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with licensee, Elisa Enright, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced Case Management Inspection regarding a Confirmation of Removal for an individual named Tyler Enright. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. During today's inspection, LPA observed a census of 9 children in care being supervised by the licensee and and assistant. Licensee's spouse was also present at the time of inspection. All individuals present subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Based on evidence obtained during today's inspection, LPA has verified that Tyler Enright is not present within the home. Licensee stated the individual is not employed or residing at the facility. Licensee was provided with a copy of the decision order. LPA advised licensee to disassociate the individual from their facility roster. LPA provided Licensee with the LIC995B Family Child Care Home Addendum to Notification of Parents' Rights (Regarding Removal/Exclusion). LPA advised Licensee that the LIC995B should be provided to and signed by parent/guardians of children enrolled at the facility and kept in the child's file for department review. No deficiencies were cited based on today's inspection. LPA reviewed report with licensee, Elisa Enright, An exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
