LPA also learned through interviews with staff that the facility has a specific protocol in place regarding sanitization and that each staff/teacher regularly sanitizes their classrooms as well as a final sanitization when the school is closed. This final sanitization is performed by the Director and Assistant Director. Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegation could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegations may have happened (or is valid), there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted.
