On Friday, March 17 th , 2023, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Director Robb Staples for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection. LPA observed a census of 20 infants being supervised by 7 staff. LPA observed that all classrooms within the facility were operating within ratio requirements. LPA observed staff training was completed on 03/15/2023 covering ratio requirements, which was signed and dated by all employees. LPA will clear deficiency CCR 101416.5(b) that was cited on 03/10/2023. LPA observed that the facility was operating within the scope of their license by observing all children in the infant classrooms were under 24 months. LPA will clear deficiency CCR 101161(a) that was cited on 03/10/2023. LPA observed LIC9224 was signed by parents and placed in children\342\200\231s files. Report was reviewed with Director and exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
