What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Soleil Marx met with Director, Veronica Galvan, for the purpose of delivering findings to a complaint investigation for the above allegation.Throughout the investigation, LPA made observations, reviewed records, and conducted interviews. LPA observed the facility, toys/materials, floors, and surfaces appeared to be clean and sanitary. LPA observed facility to have cleaning supplies available in classrooms and daily cleaning procedures posted for staff to follow.Interviews with staff had aligning statements regarding how the facility minimizes germs and maintains cleanliness, which includes bedding/soft toys laundered weekly,frequent hand washing, sanitizing toys/surfaces, and having sick policies in place. Interviews with parent/guardians did not reveal concerns regarding cleanliness.Records confirm facility has after-hours custodian. LPA did not obtain any pertinent evidence during the investigation that would suggest the above allegation occured. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted.Report reviewed and appeal rights provided. A notice of site visit was given and must be posted for 30 days.
