Correction check·June 12, 2025

On June 12, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Marx met with Director, Veronica Galvan, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction inspection. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. LPA observed a census of 14 school age children being supervised by two staff. This Facility was cited on 05/02/2025 under CCR 101238(a) for not ensuring that the school age classroom was clean and sanitary. During today's inspection LPA Marx observed the facility floors, surfaces, and materials appeared to be clean and sanitary and observed that the stained items had been removed and replaced within the classroom. LPA determined the facility has met their plan of correction and LPA has cleared the deficiency that was previously cited. A letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with Director. A notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
